Terms of Service

1. Scope of services
These terms govern all engagements with Estética, including brand identity, web design, and digital product work. Each project is defined by a written proposal that outlines deliverables, timeline, and fees. The proposal, together with these terms, forms the agreement between us.
2. Process and collaboration
Projects follow the phases described in our proposal. We share work early and often; you agree to provide feedback and approvals within the timeframes we set together, so the schedule holds for both sides.
Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in the proposal. Additional rounds or scope changes are quoted separately before any extra work begins.
3. Fees and payment
Unless agreed otherwise, projects are billed 50% on signing and 50% on delivery. Invoices are due within 14 days. Work may be paused on overdue accounts after written notice.
4. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables. We retain ownership of preliminary concepts, unused directions, and our working files, and we may showcase the finished work in our portfolio unless we agree to confidentiality in writing.
5. Liability
We deliver our work with professional care. Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content and materials you supply.
6. Termination
Either party may end an engagement with written notice. You remain responsible for fees covering work completed up to that point, and we will hand over all paid-for deliverables in their current state.
